Instructor Bios

Marjhani has been in the "Gothic" Scene since the late 1980's and her passion for the music and the lifestyle has been a source of inspiration for her dance style. She spent many years developing the fluid arm movements and pop-locking style she has become known for in many well known clubs of the day such as: Helter Skelter, Stigmata, Das Bunker, Repent and even Club Metro. Marjhani now teaches Tribal Fusion and Traditional Styled Tribal out of Fontana and Rancho Cucamonga and has the privilege of teaching workshops throughout California and parts of Nevada and Washington. Every spring she directs the Bellydance Tribe "Oojahm" for the Renaissance Faire and oftentimes you can catch her along with Sashi in "Deliverance Gothic Bellydance" performing at Gothic/Industrial/Alternative clubs throughout Southern California.
